Does ZenKDS work with any POS? 

No, currently ZenKDS is only integrated to work with Clover POS.

How can I download ZenKDS? 

You can find our application in the Clover Marketplace. Once you download and login into the application using your clover login, you will start to see the application working in real time. We offer a free 30 day trial to everyone to allow them to test and see if ZenKDS is right for them.

How can I put ZenKDS on my tablet? 

ZenKDS is designed to work on large android tablets anywhere from 10 inches to 32 inches. To install ZenKDS on your tablet you must download the ZenKDS APK to a flash drive and insert the flash drive into your tablet. Once inserted bring up File Explorer and click on the APK file to start the installation process. Once the app is installed it should automatically log you in and start displaying orders in real time.

Is ZenKDS available on the App Store or Google Play Store? 

Yes, ZenKDS is listed on Clover Play Store and Google Play Store. Currently ZenKDS is not available on the Apple Store.

Does ZenKDS display online orders? 

Yes, ZenKDS displays all third party orders, dine in orders, takeout orders, and delivery orders. Any order that comes into clover is displayed on ZenKDS.

Online orders showing up multiple times for the same order? 

The Fix: Account & Setup> Online Ordering> More Options> Fulfillment Methods> Confirm that only In-Store Pickup is selected.
